Nik Kringle is Santa's son and has no desire to follow in his Dad's footsteps so left Santa's Village and just hates everything connected to Christmas. Then his boss ordered him to ride on their company float in the town Christmas parade which helped him to spend more time with his secret crush, omega Keegan Mallory who smells like gingerbread and practically breathes Christmas cheer. When Santa’s head elf appears demanding I return home lands both Nik and Keegan back in Santa’s Village. Suddenly he is dealing with disappointed parents, a grumpy elf, an obstinate reindeer, and an omega with an unexpected heat who might also be his fated mate. Nik says when he takes him back to the human realm, he won’t remember his time at Santa's Village as well as Nik himself.
This was a sweet Christmas story with fated mates as well as Santa and his family. I loved the gingerbread connection and that the reindeer were able to express such displeasure with just a few grunts. The mutual crush between the two men was powerful and suggested that fate was involved. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content set in the omega verse with mpreg.
