Jax is a fox shifter, Hugo is human, and their love is forbidden. They’ve spent the last seven years on the streets, relying on no one but each other. When they collide with alpha wolf shifter and barrister Dominic, they realise something has always been missing. Jax is keen to get to know the older man, but Hugo resists fate, worrying that, as a human, there will be no room for him. The only way they can be free to love each other is to escape the UK, but will Dominic leave his life behind to find a home with two younger men?
I enjoyed this story with the alternate universe which was a twist on the omegaverse where certain combinations of people were banned from being with others. I loved the pure love between Jax and Hugo and how Hugo did everything he could to protect Jax while putting himself in danger. Dominic was mostly self-assured and strong although he did initially doubt the bond between the three of them. The world was well-described, the characters made believable and their thoughts and emotions told beliveably. This was an MMM story with mature content set in the omegaverse with mpreg.
