Terkel's team has been affected by a betrayal from within which has meant that they fell one by one within a short space of time. Can he get closer to the persons behind the murderous plot and find out who has used the very skills that his team used on themselves? There will be lots of drama, danger, betrayal and even psychic skills as the fight to put the team back together starts while investigating the source in parallel. Damon is one of the team and he has always wanted Tasha but he firmly kept everything professional between them. Maybe now is the right time to correct that?
I really enjoyed this story which has a great combination of the drama and danger of a special ops type book with the addition of psychic skills. The mystery as to who was targeting the team merged into the team dynamics, their allies and the relationship between Damon and Tasha was really enjoyable. Easy to read, understand and feel their thought processes and emotions. Contains some sexual content at the end.
