Review: Dirty Deed by Gianni Holmes 5 of 5 stars

Dirty Deed (Daddies' Broken Boys Book 1)

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Lawyer Sawyer knows that Noah Burgess is off limits as he is too young and the only child of a partner in his law firm. However, there are many layers to Noah as he is also vulnerable and has a wounded heart that he disguises behind dirty deeds and poor judgement - an example is when he is expelled from college for an inappropriate relationship with his professor and he then winds up living with Sawyer for two weeks. Sawyer finds himself unable to let Noah fight his demons on his own and so steps in to help him get his life back together even when his own world puts him in danger - the question is let him go or keep him even closer?

I enjoyed this story with Sawyer doing everything he could to stay apart from Noah while Noah was determined to get Sawyer to be his. I loved the way that Sawyer cleverly gave Noah some boundaries and opportunities to actually succeed on his own without his Dad buying or getting him off from something. Sawyers's family were wonderful and I just wish that everyone had a family as wonderful and close as that. I loved the way that the story ended and the next book in the series looks great. Easy to read, feel and understand. Contains mature MM content with some references to historical underage sexual activity as well as issues with dubious consent.

**Dirty Deed first appeared in the Dirty Daddies Pride anthology 2021. It has been expanded with more than 20k words and sets up the next two books in the series.
