Ziggy left home four years ago and has been selling his body on the streets of Liverpool for the last two. He'd like someone to love him so he can love them too. Then he met a handsome man and thought he had everything he wanted until it appeared he got it wrong and he would be the death of him. Thankfully he survived after paramedic Marc saved him and then continued to save him as he was with him every step. Only time will tell if he can heal from the badly emotionally damaged man he was although it appears that Marc has them too so they can heal together.
This was a dark story but if you can cope with the trigger warnings I enjoyed the love story between Ziggy and Marc who was just so sweet and kind. I loved Marc's Mum and we could all benefit from going out with her for a while. There are a lot of emotions covered in this story and you will want at times to cry, rage and throttle people. Easy to read, feel and understand. This is an MM story with mature content.
