Omega Callum suffers from narrow birth and anal canals. He can’t mate without extreme pain and no surgery can help him. So he travels to Omega Island to try to use sexual healing techniques for omegas who cannot be helped by traditional therapies. Alpha Lev is a sexual surrogate, skilled in the art of hands-on sexual teaching and healing, a profession not officially recognized in traditional medicine. Callum and Lev spend a night of intense heat together where methods of pleasure are taught and learned. Personal feelings develop which lead to difficult life choices, sacrifice and hopefully love.
This was a sweet story with a strange twist where the authorities on the island thought it would be a good idea to lie to Callum about something major. Thankfully Lev was able to help Callum through a heat and also use techniques to prove to him that he was not broken. I loved how caring Lev was with Callum and that it ensured that he could cope with everything that he wanted. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content which was set in the omegaverse with mpreg.
