This is a story about Jayden Turner, an Australian chef, and Carter "Cass" Campion, a bed-and-breakfast owner in Montana. Jayden, needing a fresh start, takes a temporary job as a chef at Cass's B&B during the Christmas holidays. He's immediately drawn to his new boss. Cass, recently divorced and out, is focused on his business and isn't looking for a relationship, especially since his small town has few gay men. He's also feeling down about being away from his kids for Christmas. As they work together, Jayden's festive spirit begins to change Cass's perspective.
I loved this story with the two men who both needed a change and found an unexpected connection. I liked the way that they both included Cass's children in the festive spirit and that Jayden did fun things with them in the kitchen. A very enjoyable Christmas story that will make you smile. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.
