Review: The Rogue by Silvia Violet 4 of 5 stars

The Rogue (Texas Safehouse Book 3)

The Rogue by Silvia Violet
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

For Rogue eight seconds on the back of a bull was not as scary as falling for a man who might disappear any second and there is no one more dangerous than Special Agent Ghost. His brothers warned him away from him but when they came together it was explosive and strangely healing. Both men have secrets and never thought they could have the comfort that they find in each other's arms. Can Ghost learn to stick around and can Rogue learn how to let someone love him? They keep their relationship hidden until an enemy's bullet shatters their hidden world - they now have to choose to keep hinging their true selves or fight for the future they want together.

I really enjoyed this story with the man who could disappear into thin air and the man who hid behind a brash exterior but was actually quite quiet and sensitive. This was a story of passion, strength of feelings and determination. I was so pleased that Rogue was able to give Ghost the time to sort himself out in return he was the one to raise an alarm when there was trouble. There were a few deep discussions in this story as well as a lot of emotions discussed between the two men. This was easy to feel, read and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.
