Miles hired Ben because he is the son of a con artist and thief and he needed to test him to try to work out what they are trying to do to his company. It becomes apparent that Ben is too innocent for his own good and so Miles is tempted to trust him. After just a week of working together, Miles knows that Ben will be his in every possible way and that it doesn't matter who he has to eliminate to keep him safe. No one else is allowed to touch him now.
I enjoyed this story with the intense Miles who was driven and had a couple of parallel problems within his company and the innocent Ben who tried to avoid betraying Miles even at his own personal cost. They were explosive together and it was a story full of passion and betrayal. Easy to read, feel and understand. Contains mature content.
