Vampire Bailey is helping the coven to establish their blood bank but after some magical sabotage, he needs to bring in a magical spellcaster to help them. What he didn't expect would be a Little Witch who was also his mate. Kaiden is a witch and the only person left in the Luna Clan who is summoned to help the Darkwood coven. Meeting his mate was totally unexpected and he is a powerful Lieutenant. They have to work together when things go awry. Will the Little and his Daddy be able to find their way through the mess they’ve found in Darkwood?
I really enjoyed this story with the attack on the coven via the blood bank and the skills of Kadn as he strengthened wards and added traps to be notified of attempted incursions. The relationship between Daddy Bailey and little Kaiden was sweet and I loved that the powerful vampire had a soft spot for his Little Witch and that he wasn't above indulging him. This was a great mix between a fantasy story, and an MM Daddy/little story which made it very enjoyable. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content and a BSDM-like DDLB dynamic.
