Review: His Sinful Need by Leighton Greene 4 of 5 stars

His Sinful Need

His Sinful Need by Leighton Greene
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This story revolves around Castellani security specialist Max Pedretti and Bricker Soldano, the youngest Capo of the rival Esposito Family. When Max is loaned to the Espositos, he's drawn to Bricker, but their relationship is forbidden due to their family allegiances, a significant age gap, and a hidden criminal past Max shares with Bricker's father. Max tries to focus on his assignment, using his old bank robbing skills to help Bricker's crew with a high-stakes heist aimed at shifting power in Los Angeles. However, a tragedy exposes a mole within their ranks, forcing Max and Bricker to investigate together. This investigation blurs the lines between their professional duties and growing personal desires. The central conflict questions whether they can uncover the traitor and forge a romantic relationship, or if Max's past secrets will ultimately destroy everything.

I loved this story with the two men from different families trying to trust each other while trying to find the mole in their team. The dynamic of their relationship was interesting and was a mixture of comfort and feelings that could culminate in explosive passion. Lots of emotions and feelings as they navigated through difficult moments. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.
