Review: Morgan by Riley Hart 5 of 5 stars

Morgan

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Morgan reluctantly returns to Birchbark to care for his estranged father after a stroke, facing strained family dynamics and unresolved anger. Amid the chaos, Dusty, his childhood best friend, becomes his anchor and rekindles a deep emotional and romantic connection. Torn between his life in Santa Monica and his growing love for Dusty, Morgan must confront his grief and family struggles to find a path to happiness without leaving Dusty behind.

I loved this story with a bizarre family dynamic and two best friends who were apart due to a misunderstanding. There were times I wanted to shake them both but I also wanted to hug them both too. A lot of feelings and emotions between them both. This was an MM story with mature content.
