Kai is desperate to find his missing best friend, but when his search leads him through a mysterious cave, he emerges into a strange new world with no way back. I enjoyed this story as Kai went through the barrier looking for his best friend Rainn and instead found an Orc mate. Lots of push and pull between them as Kai struggled with his change in sexual orientation and his need to find Rainn. Some danger and drama as they were in the middle of searching for rebels. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.
