Review: Fate's Way by Megs Pritchard 4 of 5 stars

Fate's Way (Salutem, #4)

Fate's Way by Megs Pritchard
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Shifter Alekzander Krawowski hated humans because his friend was killed by one so when he was in Sam's coffee shop and ran into his mate who was human he was angry at fate and wanted nothing to do with him. Rhys Monahan had been living in Salutem after his sister mated a shifter and they’d moved there. Rhys got the surprise of his life when he was knocked to the ground and stared up at the gorgeous shifter. He felt the pull, the connection and knew what it meant. What Rhys couldn’t understand was why Alek hated him so much. Could Alek move on from his past and embrace his future?

This was a very dramatic story as stubborn Alek went too far and almost lost Rhys who felt he had to carry on with life apart in another town. I loved Alek's parents who tried hard to make him see sense and were very kind to Rhys. I just wanted to shake Alek at times! Easy to read, feel and understand. This as a MM story with mature content.
