When pop star and monkey shifter Jesse and his bodyguard tiger shifter Issac fell in love it was easy, but now the tour is over, he has a new record label and they need to start working through those lists of the things they want to do together. But trying to start a family they have to deal with tragedy which could either bring them closer together or drive them apart.
I loved this continuation of book one in the series where we got to know both men and their relationship in more detail. The infertility story was a major part of this and it was heartbreaking to read of their crushing disappointments. family, support from family and finding alternative sources of family and joy were central. An emotional read that will make you sad at times but also fill you with joy. Easy to read, feel and understand. This is an MM story with mature content set in the omegaverse.
