Alpha tiger shifter Issac had given up a lucrative job at the stock exchange and was being paid as a bodyguard to musician Jesse Steele, to keep him safe and protect his image. Jessie is an omega monkey shifter who is beautiful inside and out and very down to earth. The proximity means that they fall in love with each other. Someone discovering their tryst becomes the least of our worries when it becomes clear Jesse has a stalker. Can Issac love Jesse and protect him, or will his emotions cloud his judgement and put him in danger?
I loved this story with the easy way that they could not help but love each other. The stalker's identity was a surprise and the ending was suitably dramatic. I loved the image of the tiger running through the trees with the monkey shifter riding on his back which was very cute. I loved Issac's family. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content set in the omegaverse.
