Omega Bastion will do anything to protect his child and escape his abusive husband so he makes a terrifying call and even pretends to have a fated mate called Arden, an alpha unlike any he's known. Arden's protective instincts for Bastion are fierce and he'll stop at nothing to keep him safe. But as tensions rise in the political climate, their love faces its toughest challenges yet.
This was very dramatic and there was a lot of danger and drama in this story as the differences built and sides were chosen. I loved that they had a connection it just wasn't interpreted correctly at the start. I was heartbroken by what happened with some of the characters in this story and I hope they make a full recovery in the next book. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content set in the omegaverse with mpreg.
