This is a story filled with hidden identities, reluctant love, and high-stakes drama. Landry Davis, a supermodel known for his charm and carefree persona, secretly harbors a life of nobility and unspoken love for his personal assistant, Kenji Toma. Their dynamic, marked by snarky clashes and undeniable chemistry, takes a dramatic turn when Kenji’s safety is threatened. To protect him, Landry reveals his hidden title as Viscount Hawling and stages a public façade of marriage. As their fake relationship unfolds, old tensions and long-buried feelings rise to the surface, blending humour, romance, and intrigue.
I loved that the two men loved each other but it was hard for them to admit to each other. Their fiery relationship was passionate and explosive at times but also fun. Very emotional and lots of feelings in this story (and not just from the two main characters). This was an MM story with mature content.
