The story revolves around Memphis, an ex-DEA agent, and his complicated relationships with Brennan and Tristan. Memphis is a former DEA agent, now working with an underground vigilante group. He is struggling with past betrayals and has a no-strings-attached approach to relationships. Brennan is a graduate student who gets involved with Memphis after a case of mistaken identity nearly costs him his life. Brennan harbours an unrequited love for Tristan. Tristan is a young man living with HIV, who has returned to Seattle after facing challenges outside his protective family bubble. He has long been friends with Brennan.
I loved this story which was full of passion, drama and danger - be prepared for tears too. Memphis needed to let go of his hurts based on the past and Brennan and Tristan needed to be honest with each other. When things were good between them all it was very passionate and full of heat, but then things changed after someone from Memphis's past reappeared. This was an MMM story with mature content.
