Review: The Killer Who Kept Me by Charity Parkerson 5 of 5 stars

The Killer Who Kept Me

The Killer Who Kept Me by Davidson King
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Em lives a harsh and punishing life with no hope of escape until he saves Saros Tancredi, the most powerful man in Eastbury. Saros, who is usually fearless and loyal to his family, is faced with his mortality and is saved by the stranger, Em. Both men live separate lives in the underworld, but they are drawn to each other. Em becomes Saros' savior, and Saros becomes the most compelling man Em has ever known. As secrets resurface amidst a war, their chance at happiness is threatened. However, Saros and Em are determined to fight for their future together.

I loved this story of the two men from different backgrounds who met by chance and fell in love. The politics involved were complicated but Saros was determined to get past them. There were a lot of emotions and feelings in this story. Well written and everything was easy to feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.
